Every child deserves to experience the joy of performance.
When you shine a light ability then great things can happen.
Yet, for many schools, it’s simply not possible to provide quality opportunities for kids when it comes
to singing, dancing and acting.
That’s where we come in.
Class Act is a partnership program for individuals or groups of schools that delivers rewarding and valuable experiences in theatrical arts and music.
Class Act has been created with and for schools to give all pupils the opportunity to experience the joy of performing.
Make Believe through our Class Act initiative are on a mission to make the joy of performance accessible free of charge to 50,000 school children across the UK.
Class Act Partnership
We’ll “take over” a space in your school with a
dedicated Make Believe pop-up, where we’ll hold performing arts classes at convenient times over a 8 week period..
We’ll help you promote and market the activity, so kids and parents are aware of the initiative and feel excited to participate.
Class Act Workshops
Over 8 weeks, our teachers will introduce kids to the joy of performance through singing, dancing and acing.
We’ll cover many different styles, giving students the opportunity to experience a broad range of dance moves, lyrical techniques, and acting methodologies.
Class Act On-stage
At the end of the 8-week block, kids will be invited to audition for the chance to have the opportunity to get involved with larger scale productions staged in local theatres.
