There is no joining fee to be paid to Make Believe to be part of Make Believe Talent.
Meet Kate
Kate is our Make Believe Talent Manager, she is responsible for placing our young artists in TV, theatre, film and radio opportunities.
She brings a wealth of experience from her career in the performing industry, and uses that experience to guide our talented youngsters into the world of theatre, TV and advertising.

MB Talent Agency is a company specialising in representing talent in the Performing Arts. We facilitate auditions and negotiate contracts between artists and employers.
No, there is no fee to join MB Talent. However, we recommend clients to sign up for a Spotlight membership and have professional headshots taken.
Spotlight is an online casting directory where casting directors post job opportunities. Agents like us review these roles and submit our clients who are best suited for the part.
We represent our clients for the duration of their 12-month Spotlight membership.
If you’re not yet a member, reach out to MB Talent with your details. Upon review, we will arrange an audition if you meet our criteria.
It’s highly recommended to join Spotlight to access a wide range of opportunities.
Yes, we handle the registration process for you when you join the agency.
MB Talent is led by our Senior Talent Manager, Kate Pearson.
Yes, we take a commission of 20% on each professional job secured by our clients.
If you’re a student at Make Believe, Kate will visit your school annually. Otherwise, please email talent@makebelieveworldwide.com for registration.
Yes, auditions are necessary for us to evaluate potential Artists. To find out how to apply, get in touch, we’d love to help.
No, attendance at Make Believe does not automatically register you with the agency.
Yes, each client will have their headshots taken by our in-house photographer during the MB Talent photoshoot.
