Frequently asked questions
Anyone aged 3–18! Our vouchers are valid for both new and existing Make Believe students.
You can purchase your voucher online via the link above. Once purchased, you’ll receive a downloadable voucher to print or email to your recipient. Physical versions are also available at participating Make Believe schools.
Yes – vouchers are redeemable at any participating Make Believe school. After receiving the gift, the student (or their parent/guardian) will be asked to book into the nearest available location.
Vouchers purchased for Christmas 2025 can be redeemed anytime between January and April 2026. After that, unused vouchers will expire unless otherwise arranged with Head Office.
They simply present their voucher (digital or printed) when booking or attending their first class. Our team will do the rest.
Absolutely! Vouchers can be used to continue lessons in the New Year or to cover additional classes (e.g., MB Academy, Show Camp, etc.).
