I loved performing there a few years back! Well.. more than I want to admit! Bloomsbury first for Bugsy Malone! Then the Shaw Theatre for Fame then the Novello for OMG and then the Stratford Circus for Quality street! Good times! Miss it so much want to get back into it! Maybe even have my own Make Believe!

Hi, I’m Maisy, the Principal of Make Believe Mile End, and I’m so excited to welcome you to our school! Where confidence grows, friendships are made, and every child gets their moment to shine. My journey with Make Believe started when I was a student myself. Being part of those classes sparked my love for performing and inspired me to pursue it further. Since then, I have gone on to achieve a degree in Dance and also gained my Diploma in Dance Education with the ISTD, allowing me to combine my passion for performing with teaching and inspiring the next generation. I have now been teaching children for over six years, and helping young performers grow in confidence and creativity is something I truly love. Watching students develop their skills, build friendships, and discover what they are capable of is the most rewarding part of what I do. For me, Make Believe is about so much more than singing, dancing, and acting. It’s about building confidence, making friends for life, and giving every child the chance to experience the joy of performing in a supportive and encouraging environment. Having once been a Make Believe student and now becoming a Principal feels incredibly special to me, and I’m so excited to give our students the same inspiring experience that first made me fall in love with performing.
